05Counter-Notification Procedure

Required elements of a counter-notification

• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or — if outside the U.S. — any judicial district in which ManhwaHentai may be found.
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
